Issues as microcredit goes mainstream

Ryan Hahn over at PSD Blog raises some questions over the issues confronting microfinance as it goes mainstream and gets massive investment from the big banks. The increased competition may in fact have a deleterious effect on defaults. See also Marginal Revolution.
