Gans on Australian Human Rights Legislation

Gans has some good, out of the box thoughts on implementing a human rights bill in Australia. It’s policy problem of wanting consultation, but with such a complex law the community doesn’t really have the knowledge to work out all the complexities. Hopefully 2020 will give us more good stuff like this.
