Chaser, APEC and the Law

While I’m glad no-one’s going to jail, a part of wishes the Chaser APEC trial had gone ahead. If for no other reason then to challenge the strength of the APEC laws. Gans has good analysis of the dodgy bit of legal footwork Nick Cowdrey did to justify not trying the Chaser11.
