  • Plus 'compensation' to commuters for delays is rubbish. Only for monthly+ tickets, myki won't do it automatically and requires form filling.
  • Metro gets $475m+ a year to run Melb trains, but max. fine for poor performance is $12m per year. Public transport should not be privatised.
  • Deferred bonuses was supposed to link pay to long-term performance. But now banks are making up for any fall in share price. Sneaky or what?
  • Love that intl arbitration articles & books have cites to "unpublished cases", feel like authors could just be making it up sometimes. !fb
