Sach's nine steps to save the world

African Development for the Completely Bloody Ignorant has been doing a bit of a series on Jeffrey Sachs, “the world’s most important economist”. Their latest post is quite a good read, it also has Sach’s nine-step plan to make the world a better place – nothing groundbreaking (I think), but nice to keep in the memory.
