ICTR hands down judgment in "media cases"

The ICTR Appeals Chamber has handed down their judgment on the so-called “media case” based on the radio broadcasts and newspaper articles inciting genocide. While they found a number of errors with the Trial Chamber, it found all three defendants guilty of most of the charges.
